Jackie Snell - Chief Financial Officer

I'm a late bloomer when it comes to pets.  My only pet growing up was a hamster for a few months until it escaped on an outing in the backyard.    In 1995, I got my first dog, an adorable fawn female boxer puppy, Barkley.  I have been in love with dogs, particularly boxers, ever since.  She was all boxer...fun, athletic, loving, loyal, sweet as can be, and great with kids.  But she had boundless energy, and wore me out.  She needed a companion, so my husband and I got Bentley, a 10 month old brindle male.  Barkley and Bentley were best buds, Bentley became my soul mate, and my husband and I were thrilled with our family.  Several years later, I got involved in dog rescue and we began adding to our pack.  Since then, we have had three or four dogs at a time.  These animals bring so much joy to our lives.  Rescue dogs are amazing.  I can not imagine life without them.
